The children at Knockbreda thoroughly enjoyed Mr Hullabaloo's Winter Wonderland show! With the appearance of lots of well known fairy tale characters and even some audience participation, a great time was had by all!
The children at Knockbreda Nursery School certainly made the most of the snow today! Great fun was had by all, with plenty of snow available to build a snowman!
Despite the snow, Knockbreda Nursery School is open today.
As we plan to play outside today, please ensure that your child is suitably dressed for the snowy weather.
The paths outside Nursery have been cleared but please take additional care when making your way along the path to Nursery and down the Nursery steps.

The children at Knockbreda Nursery School finished their first term with a Christmas party day and a visit from Santa! What a wonderful first term we have had together!
The staff wish the children and their families a very happy Christmas and look forward to seeing them again on Thursday 4 January 2018!

Knockbreda Nursery School will open today as normal. Please note that the children will be going to Knockbreda Primary School to watch their school Nativity performance. The children will be departing from Nursery at 9.40am prompt.

The children welcomed a very special visitor to Knockbreda Nursery School today...Ellie the Christmas Elf came to talk to the children about keeping Belfast litter free! The children were also delighted to hear that Santa already has all their names 'on the good list!'

The children at Knockbreda Nursery School enjoyed an interactive visit from Mike, the Owl Man! The Nursery children thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to stroke the owls and to learn lots of interesting facts about these nocturnal birds.
As part of our curriculum topic When I Grow Up, the children at Knockbreda Nursery School were most delighted to receive a visit from the Fire Service. The children had the chance to explore inside the Fire Engine and to even use the fire hose! Sincere thanks to Blue Watch for taking the time to visit Knockbreda Nursery School and to talk to the children about the importance of fire safety.
Knockbreda Nursery School enjoyed many Pudsey themed activities on Friday 17th November 2017! The Nursery children enjoyed wearing their Pudsey ears, bringing their teddy to Nursery to join in with our Teddy Bears' Picnic, singing Teddy Bear songs and even decorating Pudsey cupcakes! What a busy day we had!
