Knockbreda Nursery School is a happy and busy school where play is the work of children in a nurturing and caring learning environment.
Knockbreda Nursery School is a controlled school, situated on the same campus as Knockbreda Primary School. The school operates a full-time pattern of attendance with 52 children attending in two classes of 26. Each class is staffed with a Teacher and a Nursery Assistant (a ratio of 1:13); the school operates as an open plan setting, with staff working as one team and all pupils learning together. The six areas of the pre-school curriculum are resourced both indoors and outdoors, with equal balance given to both. Read more
